Free shipping

Standard home delivery shipping is free on orders over $100.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery time frame are 24 to72 hours. Delivery dates are provided by our carrier and not guaranteed by Cima Care DME Inc.

 

Shipping charges

A standard shipping fee of $12 will be applied to all orders below $100.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refund policy

Our goal is to make sure that our clients receive the supplies in a timely and most accurate manner. We know your health is important to you. For quality and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on medical products. 

 

We offer a full refund for returned items within 30 days. The item must be in its original packaging and condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Wrong order received

To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience, we strongly advise opening your shipments promptly upon receipt to verify the accuracy of the products and quantities. If you discover any missing or incorrect items, it is important to notify us within one week of receiving your order. At Cima Care DME, we take responsibility for any mistakes and are committed to resolving such issues promptly. We will promptly arrange for a replacement item or the correct quantity to be sent to you at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate your cooperation in reporting any discrepancies as soon as possible.

Damage or defective

If you received a damaged or defective item, please call our Customer Service team immediately. Please do not throw away the item until you have spoken with us. We will request that you send the item back to us. If we ask you to ship the product back to us, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Customer Service will ship a replacement item at no cost or offer a full refund.

Please include the following in your email:

  • Subject: Refund request

  • Email: Include your order number, name, and phone number and brief reason for requesting a refund.


If you are eligible for a refund, a store credit or refund to your original payment method will be issued within five (10) business days.
